Projections Head, Stage Effects Head - Fremd High School

Footloose was such an amazing musical for us to do! This was my Freshman year of High School and my first full musical production because my 7/8th grade shows were cancelled due to COVID. For this show they threw me right in to figure out a system that we had not used in years Media Master. I was responsible for the 4 TV's that were on stage and 2 Projectors that were rear-projected onto the plastic curtains on the set. Additionally I was also responsible for helping the assistant lighting operator to setup all of the lights on the stage, because there were so many we wound up setting up a whole new universe for just the stage using ArtNet. All of the lights on the set such as the Kinta Lasers, PixBars and other lights in the side towers were all connected to this. We also had a camera that was positioned near the pit that was streamed onto the TV's for some special scenes. During the show I was responsible for managing all of the Haze that we used during the show.

Here is a look at one of the projectors that we used for this show.
Here is a photo of the towers that we installed. I hung and wired all of the fixtures on these and on the stage, I was also responsible for the ArtNet node that powered them.
Helping sound out with setting up the pit. This is one of our many stage boxes which I used to connect all of the mics and da's.
A look at our soundboard with our mic holder in the background. For non-show times all of our mics live in cases but for shows we take them out and put them in labeled pocket so they are ready.
Here is a photo of the Ethernet to HDMI Receivers that we use, this was connected to a TV I had positioned back stage for cast and crew to be able to follow along with the show.
This photo shows all 4 TV's and 2 Projectors. Our Media Master server was placed behind the SL TV's. This time the server was also connected via a stage box for sound as we had some videos that had sound and needed to be synced.
